Is the trial really free?
Yes, 14 days, full product, no card needed to start. If Garmel isn't for you, just walk away. Nothing is charged.
What happens after the trial?
You add a card and continue at €89/month. If you don't, your account simply pauses, we don't charge you silently.
Are there any other fees?
If you sell member plans, payments are processed by Stripe and a 5% platform fee applies to those membership payments, plus Stripe's standard card processing fees. The €89/month subscription itself has no hidden extras.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your dashboard in two clicks. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. See our Refund Policy for details.
Is VAT included?
Prices are shown excluding VAT. VAT is applied at checkout based on your country and business status, and your invoice will show it clearly.
