Common questions.
Do my customers need to download an app?
No. They scan your QR code and your branded app opens right in their browser. They can add it to their home screen with one tap, it looks and feels like a real app, because it is one.
I'm not technical. Can I really do this?
Yes. If you can type your business name and website, you can launch. Setup is built for busy shop owners, not developers. And if you get stuck, book a call, we'll set it up with you.
How do customers earn points?
They show their code at the counter, you or your staff scan it, and points land instantly. You decide what points are worth.
What about member plans?
You can sell a monthly membership (for example, "2 cuts a month"). Customers pay by card and the money goes straight to your bank through Stripe.
How long does setup take?
Most shops are live within 15 minutes. Printing the QR code and putting it on the counter is honestly the slowest part.
